Shipping Policy

Where do the items ship from?

Most of our items are shipped from address:

How long does it take for my item to ship?

Once you place an order via cleof.com, we will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible.

Please note that from the time you order, we have to allow about 1-2 business days of processing time through our warehouse.

- During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the 1-2 business day processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet).

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.


What is the estimated delivery time?

USA:

Standard Shipping - 7-14 business days

VIP Shipping – 1-7 business days

International Shipping

7-16 business days


What Happens If I Enter The Wrong Shipping Address?

Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so please let us know as soon as you notice the wrong address.

!It’s not guaranteed that we’ll catch it, but it’s certainly worth a shot

When sending an order change request, make sure to select “Wrong Shipping Address” for the Issue Type.


Tracking:

My Tracking status is “Delivered”, but I Do Not Have My Package. Now What?

Your package may have been prematurely scanned as “delivered” when it hasn’t made it quite to your house; believe it or not, we’ve seen cases where it may still show up a day or so after it’s marked as “delivered.”

-The first step is to check with your neighbors to make sure the USPS didn’t misdelivery it to the wrong house.


-The second step is we suggest giving your local Post a call or call to USPS Support

1-800-344-7779 to see if they might have a more detailed answer as to where your item might be.

-Lastly, if either of those steps doesn't yield your item, let us know and we’ll be more than happy to help.


Why Is My Tracking Stalled & What Do I Do?

There are a few reasons why you may not be seeing updates on your item whereabouts.

It may be lost in transit; it may have passed through an area where tracking isn’t meticulously used; your order shipped on a Friday and the USPS stalls over the weekend; it’s close to a holiday and tracking may not be as quick; it’s lost in transit.

We recommend that you give your package the chance to meet the expected delivery time that was selected at the checkout. Even if the tracking isn’t updated, but it was last scanned as still “in-transit”, hang in there... It may be closer to you than you think.

If you get to the end of your shipping time and you still haven’t seen your package, our next suggestion is to give your local Post Office a quick call, as they may have a more detailed insight as to where it may be.

If none of the steps yield your package, please let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of you.


Why Is My USPS Tracking Showing As “Not Found"?

It can take up to 24-48 business hours for your tracking to show movement. Your package has to be scanned into different check in points by the USPS before you’ll start to see where your order is.
